Rainbow Health Australia will shortly be undergoing a collaborative review of the accreditation process for the Rainbow Tick.
We are now seeking a consultant to lead this process.
The review will:
- Identify risks and benefits within the current accreditation model, and opportunities to improve upon these in terms of process, stakeholder experience, partnerships, and outcomes
- Support consideration of potential longer-term strategic directions to ensure the model remains effective, inclusive, sustainable, and impactful in evolving service landscapes for LGBTIQA+ people
We invite expressions of interest from consultants with:
- Deep knowledge of LGBTIQA+ health, inclusion, and systems change
- Experience with accreditation, certification, or quality frameworks
- Strong facilitation and synthesis skills
- Experience working with non-profit / health and human services
- A demonstrated commitment to collaborative, values-aligned ways of working including First Nations self-determination, LGBTIQA+ affirmative, intersectional, anti-racist and trauma-informed
