Rainbow Health Australia's HOW2 Training program, designed to help organisations improve their LGBTIQ inclusion and practice, and built around the standards that make up the Rainbow Tick accreditation, is now accepting bookings for our next course, beginning March 16, 2022.
The training includes seven webinar sessions, and offers practical coaching on building sustainable LGBTIQ-inclusive plans and programs for your organisation. It also includes access to Rainbow Health Australia's online learn-at-your-own pace Introduction to LGBTIQ Inclusive Practice module.
Whether your organisation is beginning your Rainbow Tick accreditation journey, or just looking to offer better and more inclusive services to LGBTIQ clients and customers, HOW2 training will help you build the plans and processes you need.

Costs
$990 (+GST) per participant (total of $1089pp).
Who should attend?
Organisations working towards Rainbow Tick accreditation should send a minimum of 2 management-level staff to all sessions.
These Rainbow Tick Action Team Leaders should have the ability to drive and motivate collective action towards LGBTIQ inclusion.
They should hold organisational leadership roles, dedicated Rainbow Tick accreditation roles, or be in charge of areas like quality, accreditation, service design, evaluation, diversity and engagement.
